Modification de la Convention fiscale entre la France et le Luxembourg

Un quatrième amendement à la convention fiscale de 1958 a été signé par le ministre des Finances Pierre Gramegna.  Cet amendement acte la fin des niches d’exonération des sociétés luxembourgeoises détenant de l’immobilier en France.

L'avenant à la convention fiscale franco-luxembourgeoise attribue à la France le droit exclusif d'imposer les plus-values de cession de titres de sociétés à prépondérance immobilière françaises.
